This high intensity functional cardio workout is designed to build your fitness and burn fat!
You’re going to work through the following 9 exercises for 60 seconds each, taking a 15 second break before starting the next exercise.
Take a 60 second break after completing the last exercise before starting your next round. Aim for 3 rounds. Go get ’em girl !!
Equipment: a pair of dumbbells (I use a 5kg pair for this workout), skipping rope, medicine ball, workout mat or yoga mat & water bottle!
